The Initiative

Connect CMC Fleet operates one of the region’s premier corporate transit and asset logistics networks. As the transportation sector shifts toward green energy, carbon neutrality, and strict compliance, we are hiring a Sustainability & ESG Director to lead our environmental and social governance strategy from our Lusail Expressway headquarters. This executive position demands a strategic leader who will design and execute our roadmap for fleet electrification, carbon offset programs, and corporate sustainability metrics, positioning our brand as the benchmark for eco-conscious logistics in the GCC.

Primary Directives

• Architect and govern the long-term enterprise ESG roadmap, focusing on fleet emissions reduction, sustainable resource consumption, and green supply chain initiatives.
• Establish robust data collection systems to monitor, analyze, and report on Scope 1, 2, and 3 carbon emissions across all logistics operations.
• Direct corporate compliance with regional and international environmental frameworks, aligning reports with GRI, SASB, and TCFD standards.
• Partner with procurement and operational heads to evaluate and integrate electric vehicles (EVs), alternative fuel networks, and eco-efficient infrastructure.
• Lead community engagement, workforce diversity programs, and corporate governance audits to ensure a transparent and socially responsible operational blueprint.

The Criteria

• 10 to 14 years of professional experience in sustainability, environmental engineering, or corporate ESG strategy, with a clear track record of leadership in large-scale transport, logistics, or infrastructure sectors.
• Advanced expertise in carbon accounting methodologies, lifecycle assessments, and global ESG reporting frameworks.
• Deep familiarity with sustainable urban development goals, international climate accords, and emerging green regulations in Qatar and the wider GCC.
• A university degree (ideally a Master’s or PhD) in Environmental Science, Sustainability Management, Engineering, or a highly related discipline.

The Contract Provisions

We offer a flat, consolidated monthly salary of QAR 41,000 to cover your base executive pay, local housing allowances, and transport provisions.
