Responsibilities:
The Senior Sustainability Manager - Advisory practice will support the growth and delivery of our advisory offering across priority markets, driving business development, client engagement, and technical delivery excellence. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership, ensuring high-quality outcomes, strong client relationships, and achievement of commercial objectives. The successful candidate will inspire and guide a multidisciplinary team while positioning KEO as a trusted partner in sustainability advisory services.

We envisage success in this role to include;

  • Develop and communicate a clear vision of opportunities and target markets with the purpose of growing our Sustainability Advisory market offering.
  • Attend targeted marketing events/conferences to raise awareness, expand networks, and support business growth. Demonstrate proven ability to build and maintain a robust professional contact base, with confidence in networking and public speaking at large events..
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of applicable regulations, standards, and international best practices relevant to target markets
  • Lead client-facing meetings for cultivation and business development efforts.
  • Nurture key client, internal and other collaborative relationships.
  • Identify opportunities and prioritize tailored approaches for effective delivery.
  • Facilitate the preparation or contribution to bid proposals for the Sustainability Department, as well as cross-disciplinary bids led by other KEO Divisions.
  • Deliver technical presentations to clients with limited support or as part of a larger KEO initiative.
  • Oversee and support the team’s successful project management and technical outputs, including reports and presentations
  • Supervises, coordinates, and supports team members.
  • Ensure adherence to quality control, quality assurance, submittal protocols and document flow procedures are followed and are successfully implemented.
  • Support the Sustainability Director in technical and commercial management and operations of the sustainability team.
  • Manage and achieve financial, operational, and other KPIs as defined in deliverables.
  • Provide regular reporting on progress, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include a proven track record and minimum of 8-10 years of sustainability experience, with significance to integrated advisory solutions, Requires advanced knowledge of portfolio development, client relationship and financial terms and principles. Conducts moderate financial forecasts and analysis.

Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university required. A relevant Master's degree or MBA preferred. and/or Sustainable Certification Systems (LEED AP/BREEAM/ etc) and whom have professional chartered membership(s).
