Position Summary
This position is responsible for leading ProAmpac's financial planning and analysis function to support the achievement of organizational goals and objectives. The role drives enterprise‑wide forecasting, performance management, and strategic insights that optimize resource allocation, improve profitability, and support long‑term growth. Partnering closely with the Chief Financial Officer and executive leadership team, this role aligns financial strategy with operational execution across the organization.

Lead the organization’s budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecast processes to ensure financialalignment with corporate strategy.
Oversee financial analysis focused on optimizing resources, improving profitability, and enhancing pricing,workforce utilization, and product investment strategies.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure financial health and operationaleffectiveness across business units and regions.
Analyze historical and current financial results against budget and forecast, providing executive-levelinsights and recommendations.
Develop advanced financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives,capital investments, and business decisions.
Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, analytics automation, and data governance toincrease transparency and decision speed.
Collaborate with executive leadership to shape and execute strategies that achieve long-term financialobjectives and sustainable growth.
Develop and implement policies, practices, and procedures that strengthen financial planning, internalcontrols, and organizational performance.
Lead, mentor, and direct subordinate leaders and teams, with full accountability for hiring, performancemanagement, succession planning, and organizational design.
Support corporate development activities, including due diligence, financial integration planning, andperformance tracking of strategic initiatives.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in a related field required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Master's Degree or Above in a related field or equivalent experience. CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification preferred.
15 or more years' experience in a related field
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Outlook email, and calendar.
Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projectssimultaneously establish priorities to meet deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, andinternal and external clients.
Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and developsolutions and/or options.
