Swab Rig Operator- oil and gas

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Swab Rig Operator to join our oil & gas operations team in Midvale, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have experience operating swab rigs or similar oilfield equipment and a strong commitment to workplace safety. This position offers competitive hourly pay and opportunities for growth within the company.

Pay

$20.00 – $25.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain swab rigs and associated equipment
• Perform well swabbing operations safely and efficiently
• Monitor well conditions and fluid levels
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and maintenance
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Complete required job reports and documentation
• Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors

Requirements

• Previous swab rig or oilfield experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening (required)
• Strong work ethic and safety mindset
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor

Schedule

• 8–12 hour shifts
• Overtime may be available
