Role Overview

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and visionary Sweet Manufacturing Chain Owner to lead and expand our production and retail operations. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with experience in food manufacturing, business development, and brand growth.

You will take ownership of scaling our sweet production, ensuring consistent quality, and expanding the brand into a recognized chain across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish, manage, and scale sweet manufacturing and retail operations
• Oversee production processes to ensure quality, hygiene, and consistency
• Develop new product lines and innovate traditional sweet offerings
• Ensure compliance with UAE food safety and manufacturing regulations
• Build supplier relationships for raw materials and packaging
• Manage operational budgets, cost control, and profitability
• Expand the brand through new outlets, partnerships, and distribution channels
• Lead and train production, sales, and administrative teams
• Develop marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in food manufacturing, confectionery business, or F&B operations
• Strong understanding of production processes, supply chain, and quality control
• Knowledge of UAE food safety standards and regulations
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to scale a business
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Financial and operational management expertise
• Passion for sweets, innovation, and customer satisfaction
