Swim Instructor (Female)

A client of ours is seeking qualified and passionate female swimming instructors to join their team in Riyadh and Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for individuals who have a background in physical education and a strong ability to engage with children, ensuring a safe, fun, and educational swimming experience.

As a swimming instructor, you will be responsible for teaching children of various skill levels, fostering water confidence, and helping them develop essential swimming techniques. The ideal candidate is energetic, patient, and committed to providing a positive learning environment.

Education

• Degree in Physical Education or a related field

Job Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with children
• Passion for swimming and coaching, with a commitment to student progress and safety
• Ability to create structured lesson plans that cater to different skill levels
• Experience in teaching or coaching is a plus but not mandatory
• In-house training to become a certified swimming coach
