Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities – Swimming Coach

• Certification in swimming coaching or lifeguarding
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a swimming coach or instructor
• Strong knowledge of swimming techniques, safety protocols, and first aid
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and scheduling
• Fluent in English & Arabic
• Excellent communication and instructional skills
• Ability to work with different age groups and skill levels
• Patient, motivating, and energetic personality
• Strong observational and corrective skills
• CPR and First Aid certification (mandatory)

Duties & Responsibilities – Swimming Coach

• Conduct swimming lessons for individuals and groups
• Teach and demonstrate proper swimming techniques and water safety
• Develop training plans based on student skill levels
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and corrections
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment
• Enforce pool safety rules and respond to emergencies if needed
• Maintain attendance records and progress reports
• Coordinate with management for class scheduling and pool maintenance
• Assist in organizing swimming competitions and events
• Keep updated with the latest coaching techniques and certifications

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
