Swimming Instructor

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Swimming Instructor to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective swimming lessons to a diverse range of students, from beginners to advanced. You will create a positive and encouraging learning environment, ensuring the safety and progress of all students.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective swimming lessons to individuals and groups of all ages and skill levels.
• Assess student swimming abilities and develop personalized lesson plans to meet individual needs and goals.
• Teach fundamental swimming skills such as freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, and diving.
• Instruct students in water safety and rescue techniques.
• Maintain a safe and clean pool environment.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members.
• Maintain accurate student records and progress reports.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Swimming Instructor (minimum [Number] years)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid)
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swimming techniques
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
