Swimming Pool Assistant Field Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, reliable and knowledgeable Assistant Field Manager. The ideal candidate will possess STRONG experience in pool maintenance while also possessing the ability to assist in managing day to day maintenance activities. This role requires a proactive approach pool maintenance, equipment repairs that are needed well as excellent leadership skills to manage staff effectively.

Job Duties

- Carry a route of 20-25 pools on a regular basis. This is subject to change with employee shifts, replacements, weather interruptions and/or other situations that may arise.

- Perform service calls, equipment diagnostics, damage control stops or other stops that will not require cleaning.

- Assist in communication with employees and customers

- Perform filter cleans

- This position is responsible for training new cleaners or providing on going training to current employees. You must carry exceptional skill for this position.

- Conduct small weekly meetings to communicate updates and policies to service technicians.

- Coordinate with repair technicians on issues with equipment.

This is an entry level management position and can evolve into more for the right person. The position will salary and paid weekly. Weekends will be mandatory but not every weekend. A company phone and vehicle will be provided for you.

Pay: $700.00 - $900.00 per week
