Swimming Pool Construction Crew Leader

Immediate opening for an experienced, hands-on Swimming Pool Construction Crew Leader. This position is responsible for leading a construction crew through all phases of residential swimming pool construction while maintaining quality workmanship, jobsite safety, and project efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in all phases of swimming pool construction
• Proven leadership experience managing and directing construction crews
• Ability to read plans and layout pool projects accurately
• Strong knowledge of excavation, steel, plumbing, equipment installation, decking, and project completion
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to operate construction equipment and tools safely
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead and work alongside crew members on daily construction activities
• Coordinate and oversee all phases of pool construction from layout through completion
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet company quality standards
• Maintain a safe and organized jobsite
• Train and mentor crew members
• Communicate with management regarding project progress, materials, and scheduling needs
• Perform physical labor and assist with all aspects of construction as needed

This is a working crew leader position. The successful candidate will be expected to actively participate in the construction process, not simply supervise from the sidelines.
