We are looking for a hardworking, dependable, and motivated Swimming Pool Construction Laborer to join our growing construction team. In this role, you will assist with all phases of residential and commercial swimming pool construction, working alongside experienced crew members to build high-quality custom pools and outdoor living spaces.

This is a physically demanding position that requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. No previous pool construction experience is required—we are willing to train the right individual with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all phases of swimming pool construction from start to finish.
• Prepare job sites and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform excavation preparation, grading, and material handling.
• Install rebar, plumbing, and pool equipment under supervision.
• Assist with concrete placement, forming, and finishing.
• Help install pool finishes, coping, tile, decking, and other exterior features.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely.
• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Work efficiently as part of a construction crew to complete projects on schedule.
• Maintain professionalism while interacting with homeowners and contractors.

Qualifications

• Construction experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the company.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, climbing, and digging.
• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Ability to work in uneven terrain and active construction environments.
• Ability to safely operate construction tools and equipment.
