Job Title: Swimming Pool Technician / Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Swimming Pool Technician / Supervisor to handle the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and supervision of swimming pool systems across residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of pool systems, hands-on experience, and the ability to lead site teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Execution

• Supervise and carry out installation of swimming pool systems including filtration, circulation, piping, drainage, and lighting
• Ensure proper installation of pumps, filters, valves, dosing systems, and related equipment
• Oversee structural and finishing works related to swimming pools

Operation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Inspect and maintain pool systems to ensure smooth and efficient operation
• Diagnose and repair issues related to pumps, filtration systems, leaks, and water circulation
• Carry out preventive maintenance and regular system servicing

Supervision & Site Management

• Lead and supervise site technicians and helpers during pool works
• Plan daily activities and ensure efficient use of manpower and materials
• Coordinate with Project Engineers and site teams for smooth execution

Quality Control & Compliance

• Ensure all works are completed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Maintain high-quality standards in installation, finishing, and system performance
• Follow UAE authority regulations and safety standards on site

Testing & Commissioning

• Conduct testing and commissioning of swimming pool systems
• Ensure proper functioning of all mechanical and electrical components before handover
• Support final inspection and client handover process

Materials & Reporting

• Monitor material usage and report requirements to management
• Maintain basic records of maintenance, repairs, and installations
• Report site progress, issues, and technical challenges

Safety & Tools Management

• Ensure safe handling and usage of tools, chemicals, and equipment
• Follow PPE requirements and company safety procedures
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in swimming pool installation, maintenance, or supervision
• Strong knowledge of pool systems including pumps, filters, piping, dosing systems, and circulation
• Experience in troubleshooting mechanical and hydraulic pool issues
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings is an advantage
• Strong leadership and site coordination skills (for supervisory role)
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor/site conditions
• Knowledge of safety procedures and pool maintenance standards
