SWIMMING POOL TECHNICIANS/CLEANER

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Swimming Pool Technician / Cleaner responsible for the cleaning, maintenance, and proper functioning of swimming pools and associated equipment. The candidate must ensure that pools are maintained in a safe, clean, and hygienic condition in accordance with company standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular cleaning of swimming pools, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls and tiles, and removing debris.
• Monitor and maintain proper water chemistry levels by testing and adjusting chlorine, pH, and other chemical levels.
• Operate and maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, valves, and dosing systems.
• Carry out backwashing of filters and ensure proper functioning of filtration systems.
• Inspect pool equipment and report any faults, damages, or required repairs.
• Ensure the pool area is clean, safe, and free from hazards at all times.
• Assist in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of pool systems when required.
• Follow company safety procedures and guidelines while handling chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and chemical usage if required.
• Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of swimming pool cleaning and maintenance.
• Ability to handle pool chemicals safely.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in swimming pool maintenance is preferred.
