Switchgear Sales Executive Required

Looking for Sale Executive( Preferably asians Nationalities) for LV Switch gear Manufacturing company, in Sharjah. Freshers can also apply,Minimum 2 year experience required in the same field.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and outdoor sales.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team to achieve better results
• Follow up with existing clients.
• Able to achieve monthly targets.

Job Skills:

• Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role in LV Switch gear Industry.
• Proven work experience as an outdoor sales representative.
• Used to working in a commission based compensation scheme.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi and Malayalam.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• Graduates or High School candidates (Preferred)

Candidates must be energetic, ambitious and hardworking- Proven record in sales, ideally from LV Switch gear Industry -Excellent presentation skills- Outgoing personality with ability to engage clients. Should Possess a UAE Valid License.
