 We are looking for an experienced
 
 Switchgear Specialist
 
 to support LV/MV/HV/EHV switchgear operations across refinery facilities. The role focuses on condition monitoring, maintenance, failure analysis, and reliability improvement of critical electrical assets.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Perform maintenance &amp; health assessments on LV/MV/HV/EHV switchgear
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct PD monitoring, mechanism checks, SF6 gas inspections
 </li>
 <li>
 Support shutdowns: busbar &amp; bus duct inspections
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage spares, obsolescence, and EOL component replacements
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare failure reports &amp; technical recommendations
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s in Electrical Engineering
 </li>
 <li>
 15+ years in switchgear (ABB, Siemens, Schneider, Hyundai, Hyosung, L&amp;T)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong diagnostic &amp; troubleshooting skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with SAP PM/EAM preferred
 </li>
