Syndicated Loans – Relationship Manager / Assistant Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

Responsible for running Syndicated Loans and structured finance loans by setting and implementing plans and conducting the work of credit studies for loans requests submitted by the clients, expanding the client network to increase the portfolio and increase credit opportunities and consequently increasing the bank’s profitability in accordance with the strategies and policies set.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implementing marketing strategies to target business opportunities.
• Conducting transactions screening and due diligence process.
• Preparing credit assessment process.
• Preparing Credit Proposals to be presented to the concerned internal approving stakeholder.
• Coordinating with other internal departments (Risk, Legal, Admin, and operations…etc) to ensure the success and smoothness of the execution of any transaction in a timely manner.
• Participating in the appointing process of the Legal and other Counsels for providing necessary services to the transactions, cooperate and following up with them.
• Following up on the business relationship post the signing of the Loan Agreement and utilization.
• Participating in interim reviews regarding contracts, financials, and special transactions.
• Participating in the preparation of the annual business development plan.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration or related field
• ARM: 1 to 3 years of experience.
• RM: 3-5 years of Banking experience.
• Credit Certified is a must.
