Duties

• Assist in the preparation of installation sites by clearing debris, leveling and grading surfaces, and ensuring proper drainage.
• Use hand tools and power tools to cut, seam, and secure artificial turf efficiently and precisely.
• Install edging, trim turf around obstacles, and apply caulking or sealants as needed for a seamless finish.
• Operate equipment such as compactors, blowers, and buffing tools to ensure a clean, professional appearance.
• Collaborate with team members to complete installations on time while maintaining safety standards.
• Support additional tasks including minor repairs, site cleanup, and quality inspections to uphold our high standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with synthetic turf, construction, landscaping, hardscaping, or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in construction and installation tasks.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
