Syrian Call Center Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist clients with inquiries, provide accurate information about our services, and support appointment bookings for our cosmetic and surgical clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and confirm appointments.
• Provide detailed information regarding the clinic’s treatments, services, offers, and promotions.
• Assist clients in booking consultations and procedures.
• Handle customer concerns, inquiries, and complaints with a positive and solutions-oriented attitude.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, client information, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team regarding campaigns and client feedback.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
