We’re looking for a skilled and customer-focused System Administrator to join our IT team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our health center’s technology operations, ensuring our staff can deliver on our mission of providing affordable, compassionate care for all. You’ll work closely with the Director of IT and collaborate with staff across the organization to maintain and improve our IT infrastructure.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user support via service desk, phone, and email
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues with efficiency and professionalism
  • Train and support staff on technologies, both in person and remotely
  • Provide technical support for Windows workstations/servers, mobile devices (iOS/Android), printers, and peripherals
  • Manage user accounts, access, and permissions (e.g., password resets, role-based access)
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles, focusing on root cause analysis and prevention
  • Follow established IT processes and procedures to ensure compliance and security
  • Facilitate information security governance, including audits, asset management, MFA, endpoint protection, and patching

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computing science, management information systems, or equivalent certification with relevant experience
  • Proven experience as a system administrator in a Windows environment
  • Hands-on experience managing virtualized computing, backups, PC images, and certificates
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to teamwork
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
