System Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled System Analyst who can analyze business needs, evaluate system performance, and recommend effective technical solutions. The ideal candidate should be able to gather requirements, prepare documentation, and work closely with developers, testers, and the project manager to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze existing systems and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed technical specifications, diagrams, and workflow documentation.
• Translate business requirements into system functionalities.
• Coordinate with development and QA teams for implementation.
• Conduct system testing, UAT support, and performance monitoring.
• Identify system errors, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions.
• Ensure system compliance with company standards and project guidelines.
• Maintain project documentation, process flows, and reports.
• Communicate regularly with project managers and team leads regarding system updates and progress.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience in creating BRDs, SRS, Use Cases, Process Flows, ERD diagrams, and system documents.
• Good knowledge of databases (MySQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB).
• Familiarity with API structures, integrations, and system architectures.
• Ability to work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and requirement-gathering skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.

Preferred (Optional)

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud systems or enterprise solutions.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
