SYSTEM ANALYST

URGENTLY REQUIRED SYSTEM ANALYST FOR M/s ARABIC COMPUTER SYSTEM CO. SAUDI ARABIA.

Only Saudi Nationality.

JOB PURPOSE:

• Develop and support global Business Applications (BA) functional requirements that enable business strategy and get the optimal value of CUSTOMER BA investments.
• Contribute in all aspects of project assessment and delivery for new demands of in-house built applications as well as ready-make packages implementations and enhancements.
• Perform end-user support operations for all department applications and meet service level agreements.
• 3 to 6 Years of Experience in the relevant fields.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Gather, analyze and enable business requirements.
• Perform technical and functional software evaluation.
• Act as a second line support for issues.
• Lead troubleshooting activities including communications/escalations with vendors and other IT teams.
• Manage server patching activities.
