System Analyst – Cards & Payments

Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced System Analyst – Cards & Payments to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring successful delivery of card and payment solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in credit/debit card systems, payment processing, digital channels, and banking operations, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and secure system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Business & Functional Analysis-

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications, system flow diagrams, interface definitions, and data mappings.
• Conduct impact analysis for enhancements and change requests.

Cards & Payments Domain-

• Support card issuance, authorization, clearing, settlement, and customer servicing processes.
• Work closely with digital banking channels and payment ecosystems.
• Ensure solutions comply with card industry and banking regulations.

Solution Delivery & Testing-

• Collaborate with development, architecture, infrastructure, and security teams.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party solution providers.

Data Analysis & Compliance-

• Perform SQL-based data validation and issue investigation.
• Ensure adherence to PCI-DSS, audit, and security requirements.

Required Skills:

• Strong Cards & Payments domain expertise
• Credit/Debit Card lifecycle knowledge
• SQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server
• Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence
• Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure) is an advantage
