We are currently searching for a new, full-time member for our team for the position of: System Analyst, Junior

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with report management, automation strategies, adoption of new technologies, solution adaptability, problem identification, and documentation.
• Draft, document, and maintain technical SOPs based on federal best practices, ensuring continuous validation and updates.
• Contribute to programming, web interface development, and support general IT initiatives.
• Support assessments of systems and workflows, database modeling, SQL querying, performance tuning, and migrations.
• Help implement validation rules, access controls, and backup protocols to safeguard data.
• Assist in developing automated pipelines for data collection, transformation, reporting, and analysis.
• Maintain and update data dictionaries, enforce naming conventions, and ensure consistent accessibility of data and reports.
• Support reviews of deliverables for compliance with standards.
• Assist in test plan execution, data validation, user acceptance testing, and issue log maintenance.
• Help identify root causes of defects and provide input for process improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
• Minimum 1 years of experience as an IT Systems Analyst or similar role, with demonstrated expertise in analyzing, designing, and implementing technology solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages including Python and Java.
• Experience developing and maintaining web interfaces utilizing modern frameworks and technologies (e.g., React, Angular, or similar).
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience working with PostgreSQL databases, including database modeling, SQL querying, performance tuning, and data migration.
