We’re expanding into a new region and looking for high-performing, career-oriented sales professionals to join our team.

At Advanced Home Audio, we design and install luxury smart home systems—including premium audio/video, lighting control, energy monitoring, and more. We’re seeking experienced professionals with a passion for delivering innovative solutions to affluent homeowners, and working alongside industry leading architects, designers, builders, and real estate professionals to foster a successful market share to generate a stream of new relationships to achieve revenue targets. What You'll Be Doing

● Selling and designing cutting-edge technology systems tailored for everyday luxury and lifestyle solutions

● Identify and pursue new leads through cold calling, networking, canvassing, and events

● Build long-term relationships with clients, builders, designers, and architects and any other pertinent luxury home focused trades.

● Independently manage personal book of business to execute sales targets reviewed weekly with company sales leadership.

● Attend industry events to build visibility and generate opportunities and maintain relationships. (As needed)

● Assist operations team to collect and initiate requests for payment, prepare budgets, and provide accurate pricing proposals

● Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

● Represent the company’s values, professionalism, and vision in every interaction

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in premium AV, lighting, or control systems (or equivalent technical sales background)

● Documented history of exceeding sales goals and generating new business

● Strong interpersonal, networking, and presentation skills

● Deep knowledge of smart home systems and integration technologies

● Existing relationships with architects, interior designers, and builders are very desirable for this position

● Well organized professional with excellent time management and follow-through

● Willing to travel locally and attend client/project meetings as needed

Qualifications

● Technical experience, or degree in residential technology or construction systems to be able to confidently specify and recommend solutions.

● Strong understanding of construction/design industry players

● Sales-driven and customer-focused mindset

● Professional appearance and demeanor required

● Ability to pass background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
