About the Role

We are seeking a motivated System Engineer – Cloud & Systems to support the organization’s cloud platforms, Microsoft 365 services, on-premises servers, and hosting infrastructure. The role offers hands-on exposure to modern IT environments, including cloud services, virtualization, enterprise messaging systems, and infrastructure operations.

The selected candidate will assist senior engineers in maintaining both cloud and on-premises infrastructure, supporting ongoing cloud migration initiatives, Exchange environments, and hosting platforms, while ensuring system reliability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud & Microsoft 365 Support

• Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Assist with mailbox migrations, user provisioning, license assignments, and tenant administration.
• Monitor cloud services, system alerts, and service health dashboards.
• Support Azure AD identity and access management tasks.

Systems & Server Management

• Assist in managing Windows Server environments and Active Directory services.
• Support on-premises Exchange Server administration, including mailbox management and system monitoring.
• Maintain enterprise email services across hybrid or on-premises environments.
• Support virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V or VMware.
• Perform routine server health checks, system monitoring, and patch management.

Hosting & Infrastructure Services

• Assist in maintaining hosting infrastructure and multi-tenant environments for email and application hosting.
• Support web hosting services, DNS management, and domain configurations.
• Monitor server resource utilization, uptime, and system performance.
• Assist with backup management and disaster recovery validation.

Systems Operations

• Assist with server monitoring, patching, updates, and backups.
• Support infrastructure maintenance and system optimization tasks.
• Perform routine system validations and operational checks.

Security & Best Practices

• Support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enforcement and identity reviews.
• Assist in endpoint security monitoring and compliance activities.
• Follow and help maintain IT security policies, SOPs, and documentation.

Automation & Documentation

• Assist in creating basic automation scripts and workflows (PowerShell).
• Maintain technical documentation, system configuration records, and knowledge base articles.

Learning & Development

• Participate in cloud migration and infrastructure modernization projects.
• Gain hands-on experience working with Microsoft 365, Exchange, servers, and virtualization technologies.
• Work closely with senior engineers to develop advanced cloud and infrastructure skills.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in IT systems support, server administration, or cloud operations.

Basic Knowledge Of

• Microsoft 365 administration
• Windows Server and Active Directory
• Exchange Server (basic administration)
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Server monitoring and system troubleshooting

Preferred Skills / Certifications

• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) – preferred or in progress
• Microsoft 365 Fundamentals

• Exposure to virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
