Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or equivalent,
• Expertise in common storage systems and technologies, ideally experiences with; (Hitachi | Huawei | Pure FA, FB| Dell Powermax, Isilon, ECS |Brocade SAN Switch)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role,
• Strong verbal communication skills and good interpersonal skills,
• Strong analytical capabilities and creative problem-solving skills,
• Motivation for process automation, preferably with Ansible,
• Willingness to learn new technologies and a strong team player,
• Knowledge of ITIL methodology,
• Ability to work remotely,
• Good command of English.

Job Description:

• Daily administration of the storage environment and troubleshooting of issues.
• Perform system capacity analysis and planning to ensure resource utilization optimization.
• Schedules and perform installations and upgrades.
• Monitor SAN Fabric usage and resources; troubleshoot Fabric related issues.
• Configure and maintain Fabric management hardware and software.
• Researches and recommends hardware and software purchases.
• Perform disaster recovery exercises using replication.
• Follow the vulnerability tickets and mitigate this vulnerabilities.
