Role Summary
Responsible for administration, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of enterprise IT infrastructure including network, security, servers, cloud, storage, virtualization, and end-user systems. Provides Tier 1–3 IT support across desktops, servers, applications, and communication systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities
Network & Security
- Manage, and troubleshoot Fortinet and Palo Alto firewalls, VLANs, Cisco & Aruba switches, routers, and Aruba wireless access points.
- Monitor and maintain network connectivity, performance, and security; resolve Layer 2 issues.
- Manage Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Cisco IP Phones, including VoIP call routing and endpoint registration.
Server & Infrastructure Administration
- Administer Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022) including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, IIS Web Server, Application Servers, and File/Print Services.
- Perform server maintenance, patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting of hardware and services.
- Maintenance virtualization platforms (Hyper-V) including VM deployment, resource allocation, and connectivity.
Cloud & Collaboration Services
- Administer Microsoft 365 tenant including Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office applications.
- Troubleshoot authentication, mailbox, application, and synchronization issues.
Storage Infrastructure
- Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot Synology NAS and HPE SAN storage systems.
- Ensure storage availability, performance, and connectivity across servers and virtual environments.
Desktop & End-User Support
- Provide Tier 1–3 support for Windows 10/11 and macOS systems, including hardware, OS, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Configure desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and domain-joined systems.
- Support enterprise applications, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft 365 client issues.
Monitoring & Incident Management
- Monitor infrastructure health, network devices, servers, storage, virtualization, and endpoints.
- Diagnose and resolve infrastructure incidents; perform root cause analysis.
- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and security compliance.
