Position Purpose: We’re expanding our System Integrator Implementation Team to support a growing portfolio of projects and partnerships. As an SI Solutions Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing training materials, supporting strategic initiatives, and contributing to the evolution of our SI Support model. This role delivers impact both internally—by enhancing our operational maturity—and externally, by elevating the experience of our partners and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive SI training materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • Serve as the Business Line Support representative across SI projects, ensuring alignment and execution
  • Contribute to Partner Base activities, fostering collaboration, configuration and knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for process improvement and support model refinement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
  • In-depth technical knowledge of Beeline VMS functionalities, including configuration, data management, and workflows
  • Proven ability to create and maintain training documentation and user support resources
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex system environments
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working across business lines and technical teams
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly across time zone.
