System Programmer

Job Objective:

We are looking for a skilled Zoho Developer to join our team and contribute to building, customizing, and optimizing Zoho applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and other Zoho tools, along with expertise in Deluge scripting. This role involves designing workflows, automating processes, and integrating Zoho with external applications to enhance business efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Zoho Application Development:

Develop and customize Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other tools to meet business requirements.

Deluge Scripting:

Write and maintain Deluge scripts to create custom workflows, functions, and validations across Zoho platforms.

Automation:

Design and implement automated processes to optimize business workflows and enhance productivity.

Integration:

Integrate Zoho tools with third-party applications using APIs and connectors to ensure seamless data flow.

User Support:

Provide technical support and training to end-users on Zoho applications and ensure they maximize the tools' capabilities.

Data Management:

Maintaining data integrity, migrating data, and ensuring accurate reporting within Zoho systems.

Testing and Troubleshooting:

Test workflows, identify issues, and troubleshoot to resolve system errors and performance bottlenecks.

Collaboration:

Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Application Programmer or similar role.

Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of Zoho tools including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho FSM.
• Proficiency in writing Deluge scripts for workflows, custom functions, and validations.
• Experience in integrating Zoho applications with third-party tools using REST APIs.
• Familiarity with programming languages like JavaScript, Python, or PHP is a plus.
• Understanding of relational databases and query building.
• Experience with Zoho Analytics to create reports and dashboards.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for Zoho applications.
