Type: (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of on-premise and cloud-based servers and services
• Support the management and monitoring of core infrastructure, including operating systems (Windows/Linux), network services, and storage systems
• Participate in infrastructure projects, such as automating routine tasks using scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
• Help implement and maintain system security measures, including patch management, vulnerability scans, and access controls
• Aid in performing system backups and verifying data integrity and recovery procedures
• Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve complex system and network-related issues
• Provide technical support to staff and document IT processes

Requirements:

• BSCS (Bachelor of Science in Computer Science) or related field
• Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking fundamentals
• Knowledge of hardware setup, troubleshooting, and system security is a plus
• Familiarity with cloud-based servers and scripting is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Eager to learn and grow in a professional IT environment
