System Test Automation Engineer

As a System Test Automation Engineer, you will develop and maintain automated testing solutions that help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of complex systems. You will work closely with testers, software developers, and automation specialists to improve test coverage, accelerate defect detection, and support efficient system verification.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and verification processes.
• Execute automated tests across different system configurations and environments.
• Analyze test results and troubleshoot automation issues to improve reliability and stability.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and automation teams to define and implement effective test strategies.
• Review test scripts and automation solutions to ensure quality, consistency, and reusability.
• Contribute to the improvement of test infrastructure, tools, and automation processes.
• Support continuous regression testing and verification activities.
• Promote automation best practices and provide guidance to team members.

What your bring:

• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Reqnroll, NUnit, Cucumber, or similar.
• Programming experience with C#, Python, Gherkin, or related technologies.
• Knowledge of automated testing approaches, including UI, adapter-based, and keyword-driven automation.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and Git.
• Understanding of system, regression, performance, and reliability testing.
• Experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable, with a strong focus on quality and automation.
• Experience working in complex system-level testing environments is a plus.
