Systems Analyst
Location: San Diego, California

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Successful candidate must be able to set up/operate GWM/LMMT/TDACS for UTJ/STJ/MTJ and Link 16 Hardware, coordinate with C3F Data Fusion Cell and provide MTJ parameters for Link MITE, BMD events and FBP FST-U events and submit EHF/MTJ request to C3F DFC for MTJ parameters to support Battle Lab operations. This position also includes the role of Tactical Data Link Manager (JICO) and requires knowledge of:

• Fleet Synthetic Training architecture
• Surface Force Training and Readiness Manual (SFTRM)
• Staff and Fleet operations and planning procedures

Required Experience:

• 5 years of Combat Systems management experience as a Naval Officer or Chief Petty Officer or equivalent supervising combat systems configuration, operation, maintenance, and repair.
• 5 years experience setting up and operating both Link Monitoring and Management Tool (LMMT) and Gateway Manager (GWM) configurations, layouts, and routing. Conduct the setup and operation of GCCS-M/GCCS-J for Network and CST configurations.
• 3 years scenario development/training/operation experience with Joint Semi Automated Forces (JSAF); Multi-System Automated Remote-Control Interface (MARCI).
• 3 years experience with Battle Force Team Trainer (BFTT) and Tactical Data Information Link generation systems supporting LOS Link 11(A) /16(J), Satellite-J, Link 16, Global Command and Control System-Maritime (GCCS-M); Tactical Voice/Data Communications.

Education/Certifications:

• Qualified as an Interface Control Officer, U.S. NAVY Enlisted Classification code W24A or equivalent
• Currently hold SECRET clearance

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
