Systems Analyst

Tysons, VA

Salary Range: $100k-$135k

RCT is hiring a Systems Analyst to manage data and administer/maintain a stand-alone network across the full system lifecycle. The role includes analyzing technologies, supporting system architecture requirements, and working with data and reporting.

Clearance: TS/SCI w/Polygraph

Key Responsibilities

+ Manage and maintain systems and data across the lifecycle.

+ Perform system administration on a stand-alone network.

+ Collect, analyze, and publish data for reports, documents, and policies.

+ Support architecture/engineering to define business and production requirements.

+ Evaluate new hardware, software, and cloud technologies.

+ Train users and demonstrate tools.

Required Qualifications

+ Education Experience: Bachelor’s + 9 years, or Master’s + 7 years, or PhD/JD + 4 years

+ At least 5 years experience in: Agile Scrum environments, requirements analysis, financial data analysis, data visualization, tools like Jira and Confluence, and user engagement, training, and demos.

Desired Skills

+ DevOps tasks (certificate management, server patching).

+ Hardware/software analysis.

+ AWS experience (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, EBS, KMS, Data Pipeline).

+ DevOps tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, Subversion).

Preferred Certifications

+ AWS Solutions Architect or AWS Developer.

+ Scrum Master (CSM/PSM).

+ CAMS, CFE, CFCS (financial crime/fraud related).

+ Six Sigma.
