<Overview>
The Systems Analyst will assist in the support and administration of SRMG's core business applications, including Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft SharePoint and Teams. Working closely with departments, this role will ensure our systems are secure, efficient, and optimized for maximum value. A key part of your role will be developing and delivering accurate, timely data insights through our reporting and business intelligence applications. This role reports to the Director of Information Technology.
<ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS>
- Wear required safety equipment including but not limited to hard hats, safety glasses, safety harness, ear plugs, dust masks and gloves
- Able to ascend and descend stairs and ladders
- Use of both hands and have full motion of arms and hands
- Able to do bending, kneeling, and twisting
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Stand or sit at computer workstations for extended periods of time
- Work varying hours as projects demand including holidays, call outs, or weekends as needed
- Required and predictable attendance
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
<KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES>
- Three to five years’ experience in a systems analyst or similar IT professional related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or Microsoft Associate level Certification such as Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate, Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
- Proficient in the administration and support of Business Central, Microsoft SharePoint Online and Teams.
- Proficient with business intelligence and reporting tool such as Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, Crystal Reports etc.
- Experience designing, creating and maintaining APIs.
- Business acumen within the areas of finance, operations and supply chain in how these core functions work, interact, and contribute to the organization’s success.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and as an effective and productive team member both in person and hybrid employees.
- Maintain a positive, professional and cooperative attitude towards customers, vendors, and coworkers.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and use good judgment in prioritizing work assignments.
<DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES>
- Maintain a safe working environment and comply with SRMG and customer safety policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain reports, workflows and dashboards for Business Systems data.
- Assist in the design, development and maintenance of APIs and system interfaces.
- Provide support for Dynamics 365 Business Central, and other enterprise applications for end-user as a point of contact.
- Implement and maintain security roles, permissions, and data protection measures.
- Manage SharePoint site structures, permissions, content organization, and workflows.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Teams collaboration spaces; manage policies, channels, and integrations with other Microsoft 365 tools.
- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to improve system adoption and usage.
- Stay current with industry trends and new features within the supported applications, recommending and implementing improvements where necessary
- Monitors and reviews supported applications to keep abreast of releases and upgrades to ensure that the production version of the supported system meets the department policies, procedures and controls
- Perform other activities incidental to this job classification.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
