Systems Analyst – Digital Menu Board (DMB)

About the Role
We are looking for a Systems Analyst to support the Digital Menu Board (DMB) program within a dynamic retail technology environment. This role is integral to ensuring system reliability, streamlining processes, and serving as a liaison between business, technical, and engineering teams.
You will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operations of digital menu systems, troubleshooting production issues, implementing configuration updates, and improving sustainment workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive system support, managing ad hoc requests and incident reports efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal downtime.
- Maintain and manage test environments, ensuring system stability and data accuracy.
- Execute configuration changes and updates to align with evolving business requirements.
- Collaborate with the Technical Program Manager (TPM) to manage sustainment work and prioritize deliverables.
- Partner with engineering teams to refine user stories, validate requirements, and define acceptance criteria.
- Contribute to testing efforts by developing test cases and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Maintain clear documentation and communication across all project stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in a technical support or sustainment role.
- Strong understanding of system configuration, testing, and production support processes.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and QA.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
