Position Summary
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team to provide Systems Analyst support for our program. This position is located in San Diego, CA. Your contributions will play a vital role in ensuring the successful accomplishment of the program's mission requirements. This position requires you to work on-site at the government client site, working closely with colleagues and collaborating effectively with the client as needed.
Location: This position is located on-site at the Governments Client's site: 4301 Pacific Hwy, San Diego, CA.
Active Clearance Required:
An active clearance is required for this position. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency in coding within the Visual Studio environment.
- SVG Capabilities
- Microsoft Visual for ICAG coding, Studio Cues.
- Node - JAVA Script Acumen and Familiarity
- Familiarity with JIRA and Agile methodology.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- U.S Navy vessel experience, knowledge, and familiarity highly desired.
- Three years of experience providing system analyst services within a program management office.
- Experience using Adobe PDF and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to self-start and multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Deliverables:
1. Delivery of Preliminary CBD (pre-SOT)
2. Final CBD (post-SOT)
3. Hull specific ICAG Package and all of its subproducts as identified (e.g. 10k/30k drawings, supporting documents, etc.)
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare advanced C4I concepts for fielded systems.
- Ensure C4I solutions are aligned with the PEO C4I Build Plans.
- Ensure C4I solutions are scalable to support multiple new construction and back-fit platforms.
- Support common implementation concepts of new Naval and Joint Systems related to current and future platforms.
- Define the C4I capability provided by the new systems in terms of C4I metrics (e.g. throughput).
- Define the integration and control functions as new C4I products are developed and aligned toward a C4I common core capability. Ensure integration and control functions of existing and legacy C4I systems is maintained.
- Conduct technical assessments of new systems to support C4I integration efforts and insertion into the PEO C4I Build Plans.
- Provide comments, questions, and recommendations related to systems engineering products, tools, and techniques. (I.e. FIDs, IRDs, SIDs, and other engineering products)
- Coordinate systems sustainment engineering support for technical support activities.
- Coordinate BISOG Systems integration at Tier 1 (Navy Shipboard Infrastructure) and Tier 2 levels (USMC systems integration into Navy Infrastructure or standalone)
Examples of support functions include the following:
- Provide comments, questions, and recommendations related to production engineering integration and testing (I.e. FIDs, IRDs, SIDs, and other engineering products).
- Coordinate with various programs to integrate fielded programs into United States Navy hardware and software environments.
- Review and provide comments, questions, and recommendations to support Anti-Submarine Warfare, Anti-Surface Warfare, Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance, and other Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance mission areas.
- Review systems to ensure consistency with Joint, Navy doctrine and in alignment with published NAVWAR standards as applicable.
- Provide support to conduct resource planning and execution, system support, and support interface requirements such as reviewing technical and management support objectives.
- Validate and consolidate data.
- Provide technical support to prepare for and during shipboard C4I SOTs, C4I COP, IWOSS, and ICAG.
- Provide support for ICAG, C4I COP and other ICE I&I Products:
- Collect shipboard C4I configurable settings (unclassified and classified); and
- Coordinate with various stakeholders such as the Program Offices, ISEA SMEs, and Technical Warrant Holder to obtain inputs such as system drawings, interface configurations, Technical Manuals, ULSS, and Hosted Application and Connected Systems Implementation Manuals (HACSIMs) that will be incorporated in CBDs.
- Ensure CBD data is reviewed/approved by Government lead.
- Ensure Task Ownership, Effective collaboration, and communication with others.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
