Systems Application Engineer - (ERP & HRMS)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Application Support Software Developer with a strong background in ERP software development environments. The role requires hands-on technical expertise combined with effective client interaction and structured support management. Candidates must be capable of handling production issues, meeting strict deadlines, and maintaining high standards of reporting and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical application support for ERP systems developed in-house.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues using debugging tools and SQL Profiler.
• Perform development and enhancement tasks using VB.NET, MS SQL Server, and Crystal Reports.
• Interact directly with clients to understand issues, gather requirements, and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure strict adherence to committed timelines and service-level expectations.
• Maintain and update support tickets accurately with clear resolutions and status updates.
• Prepare periodic reports on support activities, issue trends, and resolution metrics.
• Coordinate with internal development teams for escalated or complex issues.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience working in an ERP software development company.
• Strong hands-on experience in VB.NET, MS SQL Server, and Crystal Reports.
• Practical experience using SQL Profiler for performance analysis and issue diagnosis.
• Strong client communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines consistently.
• Experience in structured support ticket management systems.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.

Added Advantage:

• Experience with Angular 13 or above.

• Candidates with POS-only experience will not be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
