Systems Engineer
Salary: $90,000-$120,000
Summary
We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to support enterprise collaboration technologies, with a focus on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, .NET Core, the M365 Power Platform, and Azure services. This role plays a key part in driving adoption, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering scalable solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Lead technical efforts and drive adoption of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint across the organization.

Stay current with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint updates, roadmap developments, and third-party integrations.

Develop and maintain Azure Functions using .NET Core, and work with Azure Service Bus and data gateway solutions.

Ensure the health and performance of the Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments, focusing on security, availability, reliability, and interoperability.

Provide Tier 3 support and configuration for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint platforms.

Collaborate with end-users to enhance productivity through effective use of Microsoft 365 tools and related technologies.

Demonstrate strong expertise in Active Directory and Windows Server environments.

Administer Microsoft 365 tenant configurations and policies.

Develop and support PowerApps and Power Automate (Flow) solutions.

Apply proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues.

Follow service delivery best practices and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Support the design, implementation, and testing of business continuity and disaster recovery solutions.

Define and maintain patching and update procedures for systems and software.

Promote user adoption and engagement through training and evangelization efforts.

Perform additional duties as assigned, aligned with the scope of this role.
Qualifications
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (required)
Experience
-
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in systems engineering or IT infrastructure
Certifications
-
Relevant Microsoft or Azure certifications are a plus
