Systems & Integration Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems & Integration Engineer to bridge architecture, hardware, and software into a cohesive, reliable UAV system. This role is central to turning high level concepts into fully functioning solutions through structured system engineering and disciplined integration processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate system architecture into clear requirements, specifications, and Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
• Lead and execute hardware/software integration cycles across multiple subsystems.
• Define, implement, and manage system validation and verification plans.
• Conduct system level debugging, testing, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate closely with hardware, firmware, navigation, and flight operations teams.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace, Robotics, or related fields.
• Hands on experience in UAVs, robotics, or autonomous systems.
• Strong analytical and structured problem solving mindset.
• Understanding of sensors, communication interfaces, integration workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• Exposure to HIL/SIL environments.
• Familiarity with aerospace documentation and compliance standards.
