About the Role:
Systems Integration Engineer Staff is responsible for leading integration and implementation of engineering solutions across complex systems and subsystems. This role ensures that upgrades, modifications, and new technologies are effectively incorporated into existing configurations while maintaining required performance, safety, and compatibility. The position requires technical leadership to manage interfaces across disciplines and to ensure integration activities are executed in a controlled, traceable manner.
Systems Engineer III oversees integration planning, supports verification and validation activities, and resolves complex technical challenges encountered during implementation. The position works closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate technical execution, support testing and deployment readiness, and ensure engineering changes are fully aligned with configuration and documentation requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in systems integration, including designing and implementing integration solutions.

Experience with integration test, validation, and fielded system upgrades

Requirements tracking and test documentation tools

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline.

Experience with cloud platforms and integration services (e.g.,PTC Windchill and/or Aras PLM (or similar))

Responsibilities:

Analyze system requirements and design integration solutions that align with business objectives and technical constraints.

Develop, test, and deploy integration interfaces and middleware to connect disparate systems and applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions promptly.

Document integration processes, configurations, and system changes to maintain comprehensive technical records.

Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize integration efficiency and reliability.

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously enhance integration methodologies.
