The Integration Scope

Positioned on the historic Soor Street in Mirqab, Eastboy Myanmar is looking for a Systems Integration Lead to unify our multifaceted digital environments. This role is built for a technical architect who views disparate software stacks as pieces of a single, fluid puzzle. You will be responsible for ensuring that our Myanmar-originated systems and Kuwaiti branch operations communicate with zero friction, maintaining a high-integrity data flow across international borders.

Technical Convergence DNA

• Interoperability Governance: Architect and maintain robust API gateways and middleware solutions to ensure seamless data exchange between legacy systems and modern cloud infrastructures.
• Cross-Platform Synchronization: Oversee the technical alignment of ERP, CRM, and localized logistics tools, ensuring 100% data consistency across the Mirqab hub.
• Hybrid Cloud Orchestration: Lead the migration and integration of on-premise hardware with distributed cloud services, optimizing for both latency and security.
• Legacy Refactoring: Identify and modernize aging technical bottlenecks within the branch infrastructure, implementing sustainable integration patterns that scale with the business.

Candidate Profile

• Career Foundation: 6+ years in systems engineering or technical architecture, with a proven track record of managing complex integrations in a multi-national branch environment.
• Stack Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, Microservices architecture, and ETL processes; familiarity with Azure or AWS integration suites.
• Linguistic Standards: C2-level proficiency in professional English is mandatory for coordinating technical requirements between the Kuwait branch and the Myanmar headquarters.
• Asynchronous Knowledge Transfer: Expert use of Loom to document "Integration Maps" and record technical handovers for cross-border engineering teams.
