Systems Integration Manager

A-B-Systems is a leading technology solutions provider specializing in advanced systems integration, digital transformation, and enterprise infrastructure. As we continue to expand our footprint in Qatar, we are seeking a highly capable Systems Integration Manager to lead complex integration projects and deliver seamless technology solutions for our clients.

Role Overview

The Systems Integration Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of integration projects across multiple platforms and technologies. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end systems integration projects across enterprise environments
• Design and implement integration strategies for applications, platforms, and infrastructure
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless system connectivity
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables
• Oversee system testing, validation, and deployment processes
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues
• Mentor and guide technical teams to ensure high-quality delivery

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in systems integration or IT project management
• Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems
• Proven experience managing large-scale integration projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with integration tools and frameworks
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in the Qatar or GCC market
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
