Systems Integration Specialist

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Systems Integration Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between enterprise applications, cloud platforms, databases, and third-party systems. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, project managers, and clients to ensure efficient data flow and interoperability across multiple technology environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and support integrations between business applications and enterprise systems.
  • Analyze client requirements and identify integration opportunities to improve business processes.
  • Configure APIs, web services, middleware, and data exchange solutions.
  • Collaborate with software development teams to implement scalable integration architectures.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and integration specifications.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance across integrated systems.
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support activities.
  • Assist with cloud-based integration projects and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Work with CRM, ERP, HR, and other enterprise platforms to optimize operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in systems integration, application support, or software development.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and web services.
  • Experience with integration platforms, middleware, or enterprise application integration tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Understanding of SQL databases and data migration processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP, ERP, or CRM systems is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity and data governance principles.
  • Exposure to enterprise integration technologies and automation tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $40.20 - $48.70 per hour
