SYSTEMS & NETWORK ASSISTANT

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, networks, and hardware components.
• Providing technical support to trainers, students, and staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting IT infrastructure problems.
• Managing data backups, security protocols, and software updates.
• Assisting in the setup and maintenance of servers, network devices, and internet connectivity.
• Supporting IT-related activities for online Meetings/training programs, including video conferencing and audio-visual setups.
• Maintaining an inventory of IT assets and ensuring compliance with security policies.
• Liaising with the IT team for system enhancements and cyber security measures.

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
