T-shirt Grphic Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team and help bring our apparel vision to life. This role will focus on designing eye-catching, trend-forward t-shirt graphics that align with our brand’s identity and connect with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design original graphics, typography, and artwork for t-shirt collections.
• Translate brand messages and campaign themes into engaging visual designs.
• Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and production teams to ensure designs are print-ready and meet all technical specifications.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity across all designs.
• Stay up to date on design trends, printing techniques, and apparel industry best practices.
• Prepare and deliver final design files (mockups, print-ready files, etc.) on time and in the correct formats.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in apparel or streetwear.
• Must have a portfolio showcasing t-shirt or apparel designs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar design software.
• Strong eye for typography, color, and composition.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with screen printing, DTG, or other garment printing processes.
• Understanding of current fashion and cultural trends.
• Illustration or hand-lettering skills are a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30,510.21 - $52,399.39 per year
