We are looking for a Temenos Transact (T24) Business Consultant with 5–15 years of experience in T24 core banking implementations. The candidate should possess strong functional expertise in the Transact Securities module and be capable of driving functional design and delivery in implementation and upgrade projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)
- Conduct gap analysis between business needs and Temenos Transact functionalities
- Configure and support Transact Securities module
- Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle (implementation, upgrade, migration)
- Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities
- Work closely with technical teams for customization and integrations
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–15 years of experience working on Temenos Transact (T24)
- Strong functional knowledge in the Transact Securities module
- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering and functional design
- Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to integration with third-party systems
- Temenos certification (preferred)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills (client-facing experience preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- MBA (Finance/Systems) is a plus
Pay: BD50.000 - BD80.000 per day
