TAB Supervisor (Air & Water Balancing + Machine Traverse)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to lead our Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB) works, including Air Balancing, Water Balancing & Machine Traverse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise TAB activities on-site (Air Balancing, Water Balancing, Machine Traverse).
• Review and extract quantities from AutoCAD drawings.
• Guide technicians and ensure TAB procedures are followed as per standards.
• Prepare, review, and submit balancing reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants and clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in TAB works with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of TAB instruments (anemometers, manometers, flow meters, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and extract quantities.
• Excellent leadership and reporting skills.
