Tableau Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tableau Developer with 5–10 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence and data visualization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Tableau, strong SQL and data modelling skills, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade analytics solutions. This role requires the ability to working dependently, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver impactful insights.

Key Responsibilities:

 Architect, design, and develop complex and interactive dashboards, reports, and

data visualizations using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.

 Work directly with business teams to understand requirements, define KPIs, and create

actionable analytics solutions.

 Integrate Tableau with multiple data sources (SQL Server, cloud databases, APIs, etc.).

 Implement advanced Tableau features including LOD expressions, custom

calculations, parameters, filters, and dashboard actions.

 Optimize large datasets and dashboards for performance and scalability.

 Establish and enforce Tableau development standards and best practices.

 Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy.

 Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.

 Stay up to date with the latest Tableau releases, features, and BI industry trends.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
