Tableau Developer/Data Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Tableau Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce data integration anddesigning, developing, and deploying interactive dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of business intelligence concepts, and proven expertise in working with Tableau and related data visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and security in reporting solutions.
• Develop and maintain Tableau data extracts (TDE), data sources, and published datasets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tableau dashboards, performance, and connectivity.
• Work closely with data engineers and business analysts to ensure proper data flow and reporting standards.
• Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and best practices in data visualization and BI reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Tableau development.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of data visualization principles and best practices.
• Experience in performance tuning of dashboards and optimizing data queries.
• Understanding of ETL processes and data integration concepts.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with business stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with Salesforce data integration and reporting in Tableau.
• Experience with Tableau Server / Tableau Online administration.
• Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹415,049.43 - ₹600,000.00 per year
