Tagalog speaking-Receptionist cum Admin

Al Fujayrah, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities: Reception Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, students, and parents in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls as necessary.
  • Maintain the front desk, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Manage visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.
  • Handle general queries related to school timings, admissions, and events.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain and update student records and staff databases.
  • Support the admissions process by managing inquiries, distributing forms, and maintaining admission files.
  • Draft and distribute letters, circulars, and other communications as needed.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and school events.
  • Maintain inventory of office and classroom supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Handle correspondence (email, mail, memos) in an organized and timely manner.
  • Assist the principal and academic coordinator in routine administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a school environment (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Urdu (Arabic is a plus).
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of school administrative systems (preferred).
